Seatwave respond to Channel 4 ticketing programme

Last night Channel 4 aired ‘The Great Ticket Scandal: Dispatches' which was quite revealing viewing and has sparked much discussion about the practices of secondary ticketing. The programme delved undercover into ticketing site Viagogo to see what went on behind closed doors. In response to the show another ticket exchange site Seatwave have posted a blog answering customers worries and enquiries, and clarifying their practices. Take a look below...
